Within SPIP^?, the term webmaster refers to an administrator who has FTP access to the site. By default, from SPIP 2.0 on, this is assumed to be the administrator with id_auteur=1. Webmasters defined here have the privilege of no longer needing to use FTP to validate important actions on the site, such as upgrading the database structure or restoring a backup.

Eligible administrators : @_CS_LISTE_ADMINS@.

As a webmaster yourself, you have the administrative power to change this list of IDs. Use a colon as a separator «   :  » if there are to be several administrators. e.g. "1:5:6". [1]
