Prevents the installation of jQuery on the public site in order to economise some "machine resources". The jQuery library (http://jquery.com/) is useful in JavaScript programming and many plugins use it. SPIP^? uses it in the editing interface.

N.B. some Swiss Knife tools require jQuery to be installed.
