Should SPIP^? create the special files .htpasswd
and .htpasswd-admin in the directory @dossier@ ?

These files can be used to restrict access to connected persons authors and administrators to other parts of your site (for instance, external statistical programme).

If you have no need of such files, you can keep this option with its default value (no file creation).
